Pastry Chef Over the last few years our company has evolved to become one of the leading party rentals and special events companies in the Dallas & Ft. Worth Metroplex. To reflect the growing needs of our customers we are now adding "custom cakes" to our services.

Our cake designer team and pastry chefs are dedicated to producing outstanding cakes for special events; from simple elegance to floral, multi-tiered extravagant cakes. We can create an original cake design specifically tailored to your theme and personality.

All cakes are prepared by our designers and pastry chefs using only the utmost quality ingredients, and also incorporates the most specialized baking techniques which entitles them the rightful use of the term "gourmet cakes". We bake all of our cakes from scratch, and we only use fresh ingredients.

Every cake is unique. We listen to you and customize your cake to your specifications. "Custom Cakes" by Happy Jumper is available in most of the Dallas & Ft. Worth Metroplex by Appointment Only. Due to the high number of calls we recommend placing orders at least three months in advance.
